Privacy policy

We believe in the power of personal stories, and here, we celebrate voices that often go unheard.

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Subul Global LTD ("EcomSprint", "we", "our", "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data when you interact with our website, enrol in our mentorship programme, or communicate with our team. We are committed to handling your data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

  1. Who We Are

4. How We Collect Data

We collect data through: our landing page booking form (powered by Calendly), our payment checkout (powered by Stripe), WhatsApp communications managed via WATI, our Skool community platform, Zoom video calls, and email communications.

5. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To process your enrolment and deliver the programme.

  • To process payments and automatically charge scheduled instalments to your saved payment method via Stripe. By completing your first payment, you explicitly consent to future scheduled charges as described in our Terms and Conditions.

  • To send you appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up messages via WhatsApp.

  • To send you programme-related communications and, where you have consented, marketing emails via ActiveCampaign.

  • To improve our programme and services.

6. Legal Basis for Processing (UK GDPR)

We process your personal data on the following legal bases:

  • Contract performance: Processing necessary to deliver the programme and process payments you have agreed to.

  • Legitimate interests: Recording sessions for quality and dispute resolution, monitoring programme activity for coaching purposes, and following up with prospective students.

  • Consent: Sending marketing emails via ActiveCampaign. You may withdraw consent at any time by clicking unsubscribe in any email or contacting us at support@ecomsprint.net.

  • Legal obligation: Retaining financial and transactional records as required by law.

7. Automatic Payment Processing

By enrolling in an instalment plan and completing your first payment, you explicitly consent to EcomSprint initiating future scheduled charges to your saved payment method via Stripe on the dates agreed at checkout. Stripe stores your card details securely under their own PCI-DSS compliant systems. EcomSprint does not store, access, or process raw card data directly. You will receive a notification from Stripe for each charge processed. If a charge fails, EcomSprint may contact you via WhatsApp or email to resolve the outstanding payment.

All third-party processors are required to handle your data in accordance with applicable data protection law.

9. International Data Transfers

Some of our service providers are based outside the UK. Where data is transferred internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with UK GDPR requirements.
