1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the EcomSprint website and any related services provided by us. By using our website, you accept these Terms in full.
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your country. By using our website, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
To enrol in the EcomSprint mentorship programme, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your country of residence.
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
Provide accurate and complete information during the enrolment process.
3. Services
EcomSprint offers digital marketing services, educational content, training programs, and consulting related to e-commerce and digital marketing. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.
4. User Responsibilities
By using our website or enrolling in our services, you agree to:

• Not share or distribute any of our content without permission
• Not interfere with or disrupt the security of our platform
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and course materials, is the property of EcomSprint and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our express written permission.
All course materials, videos, templates, scripts, and resources provided are the intellectual property of Subul Global LTD, protected under English law and applicable international copyright law. Your licence to access these materials is personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share any programme content without prior written permission.
6. Payments & Refunds
All payments for services or products must be made in full and are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time.
For online training programs or courses, refund eligibility may be governed by a separate refund policy as follows :
EcomSprint offers a conditional results-based refund guarantee. You may be eligible for a full refund of amounts paid if ALL of the following conditions are satisfied:
You have completed 100% of the recorded course content, verified via Skool platform data.
You have attended all weekly group live coaching calls during the three-month program period. Attendance is verified via Skool or session records. Missed calls without prior notice to EcomSprint forfeit refund eligibility.
You have run paid advertising campaigns continuously for a minimum of three full calendar months from your first campaign launch date.
You have granted EcomSprint or a designated team member limited read-only access to your advertising account (e.g. Meta Ads Manager) for the duration of your campaign period, maintained throughout the three months.
You have granted EcomSprint or a designated team member limited read-only access to your store or e-commerce platform for the duration of the programme.
You have not generated USD $10,000 or more in gross e-commerce sales across the three-month campaign period.
You submit a formal written refund request to support@ecomsprint.net no earlier than day 90 and no later than day 120 from the date of your first payment.
You provide all access and documentation requested by EcomSprint within 7 business days of submitting your refund request.
Refund requests that do not meet every one of the above conditions will not be approved. The guarantee does not apply to any upsell or agency services purchased separately.
7. Disclaimers
• We do not guarantee specific results from the use of our services or educational content.
• All services and content are provided “as is” and “as available.”
• EcomSprint disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
EcomSprint's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to EcomSprint. EcomSprint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profit or loss of business.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services or website at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason we consider appropriate.
EcomSprint may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, engage in abusive behaviour, attempt to share programme content, or fail to make scheduled instalment payments. Termination due to your breach does not entitle you to a refund.
10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By enrolling, you agree to contact EcomSprint directly at support@ecomsprint.net before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer.
EcomSprint will make reasonable efforts to resolve any legitimate concern within 5 business days.
You acknowledge that:
Full access to all digital program content is granted immediately upon your first payment.
The program constitutes a digital service that is fully delivered from the moment of first access.
Initiating a chargeback after accessing programme content may constitute fraud. EcomSprint reserves the right to pursue recovery through legal means including civil proceedings in English courts.
Evidence of programme access, Skool activity, WhatsApp communications, Zoom call recordings, advertising account access records, and payment records will be submitted to the card network in response to any dispute.
11. Disclaimers and No Guarantee of Results
EcomSprint provides educational content and coaching support. We do not guarantee any specific financial outcome. Results vary significantly based on individual effort, market conditions, product selection, advertising spend, and other factors outside our control. Any income figures or student results referenced in our marketing are illustrative examples and not a representation of average or typical outcomes.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Skool community or email. Continued use of the programme constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. By enrolling in our programme, you irrevocably submit to that jurisdiction regardless of your country of residence or the country from which payment is made.
14. Programme Description and Immediate Access
Upon receipt of your first payment, you will immediately receive full access to all programme components, which include:
The full recorded course (9 volumes), available immediately via the Skool community platform.
Access to the private Skool community.
Eligibility to book one-to-one meetings with the founder at four defined stages of your business build.
Access to weekly group live coaching calls.
Access to the EcomSprint freelancer database.
By making your first payment, you acknowledge that the digital programme content has been made fully available to you and that the service delivery obligation of EcomSprint commences immediately upon your first payment.
16. Payments and Instalment Plans
For any of our services including or agency or mentorship program you may pay in full or select an approved instalments plan. By selecting an instalment plan, you authorise EcomSprint and Stripe to charge your saved payment method on each scheduled due date. All outstanding instalments remain due in full regardless of your usage of the programme. Access may be suspended for missed payments until the outstanding amount is settled.
17. User Responsibilities
By enrolling, you agree to:
Use the programme for lawful purposes only.
Not share your login credentials or access with any third party.
Not share, resell, or distribute any programme materials.
Engage respectfully with other community members and EcomSprint staff.
18. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Skool community or email. Continued use of the program constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
